How to Request an Exchange:

We offer free exchanges for your first order. Exchanges will be approved if the item sent back is in the original, unworn condition. Please follow these steps to request an exchange:

  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange.
  4. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.


Eligibility for Exchanges:

Exchanges are approved if the item sent back is in its original, unworn condition. Please ensure that the item is returned within 7 days of order delivery.


Return Policy in Exceptional Cases:

We accept returns only in exceptional cases when the product delivered is faulty. If you've received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in returning or exchanging the item.


Non-Exchangable Items:

The following items cannot be exchanged:

- Discounted items (if applicable)

- Used or damaged items

- Socks, Handkerchiefs or items from the gift collection


Refund Policy:


We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to process exchanges as per the conditions mentioned above. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can place a return request and then create a new order once your exchange request is approved.


Refund Options:

In case a refund is necessary due to specific circumstances, the following refund options are supported:


- Refund to the original payment method

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue an equivalent value gift voucher.

- Please note that a return charge of ₹99 will be deducted from the final refund amount.


Returning Items:

We will initiate a return pickup from our logistics partner within 2-3 business days of your exchange request. If a return pickup service is not available in your area, please use a reliable service that offers shipment tracking. Address the return shipment to the following address:

- We kindly request that you do not return shoes with visible foot impressions, damage, or dust. We will be unable to process your refund or exchange if the shoes returned are found to be in poor condition.

- In case of damaged items, please inform our Support Team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
